Letter 17 : We Got the Initiator & Kanahei's Pleasant Town
Dear Tim,
I think the Irish were really brave and firm, their determinations of independence and spirits of never giving up are truly the things that Taiwanese need. If the people in Taiwan could be like Irish, we might have already gotten rid of China, and become an independence country. The people in Taiwan don't have to worry about China, and the chances belong to us won't be deprived. Anyway, hope we can get along well with other countries, it's our job to deal with this problem.
Sure I will tell you about the cats. I think it's difficult to take them for walk, because last time we brought them down the stair to the first floor, they were terrified that their claws almost tore the clothes apart. It's a hard work but I think we can still try when there's a chance.
The cats are great, healthy and energetic. Always making troubles, for example, they broke a cup few days ago, and tore some toilet paper into pieces today.(during such a hard period!) Yep, they are happy everyday.
About toilet paper, according to news, it was a fake message that the price of paper pulp would increase. It was a hypermarket in Taiwan which released the wrong information. They did this to make Taiwanese get panic and buy a lot of toilet paper, so they could earn money. The hypermarket was fined for 3.5 million NT dollars because they fooled people. Thanks god, we have found the initiator. We really need to become smarter, or this kind of things would happen all the time!
By the way, last Wednesday, we went to Huashan 1914 Creative Park. It was an old liquor factory. Now, it's a place that artists, musicians, dancers can hold exhibitions and shows, or selling homemade staffs, and there are also some restaurants and cafes. The atmosphere is full of art and literature, I really like Huashan 1914 Creative Park. We went there to join some kinds of dancing class, actually it didn't teach us how to dance, but how to move and feel your body. It was quite fun and special, it was totally different from the classes in high school, I was glad to have such a great experience. After that, we went to a theater that it was still preparing for the show. It was cool we could see the process of decorating the stage. Then, Angela, Sherry, Selena, Candy, Hugo and I went to an exhibition called "Kanahei's pleasant town." Kanahei is an artist who draws many cute animals. The exhibition presented a lot of cute dolls and Kanahei's drawings. It was so adorable that we took thousands of photos. Let me show you.

The cats wearing lion hats which Allison gave me as my birthday gifts in January.
They were annoyed by the hats.
