Letter 5: Stray Cats

Dear Tim,

Well, I didn’t do well on my test. The results are really terrible. Especially math. I think I should study harder to improve my scores.

I’m very happy that you wrote about Emmet and Leah. Cat is my favorite animal!! They are so cute! There are some stray cats near my house too. Almost every cat were named by me. Here we have Potato (in traditional Chinese) and Mango. It’s cool that I always named them as food. They are all friendly and close to people. I like them very much. Once when I was on my way home, I met Potato and Mango near my house. They then went a little way with me. How gentle and cute! (At least I believed it, maybe they were just asking for something to eat.)

It’s nice to meet the two outdoor cats. Please say hello to them for me. Thanks!

Best regards, Cathy
