Letter 1: About Me

To Tim:

Hi, Tim. Thanks for your letter. My name is Cathy Lin. I’m fifteen years old and I’m studying in Zhong-zheng Senior High school now. Nice to meet you! I’m interested in painting. This is one of my paintings:

Not bad, huh?

Well. Just like you said, I’m interested in reading articles about food and animals like other students. Also, the articles about outer space attracts me a lot.

After reading your letter, I think I’ll enjoy reading your articles. I hope I can learn many interesting things from your letters.

Have a nice day!

Cathy
